Pendampingan Upaya Pencegahan Tindak Kekerasan (Stop Bullying)

Abstract

Prevention of violence (bullying) in non-formal educational environments such as Al-Qur'an Learning Centers (TPQ) is a strategic step toward creating a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for children's growth and development. This community service and mentoring initiative aims to raise awareness among students (santri), teachers, and parents regarding various forms of violence, strengthen educators' capacity in character-based classroom management, and design a simple reporting system at TPQ Nurul Hidayah, Bulusari Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. The program utilized socialization, interactive education, and continuous mentoring approaches integrated with religious values and restorative justice principles. The primary subjects were students aged 5–10 years. The results showed an increased understanding among students regarding types of violence, a safer learning environment, greater confidence in reporting bullying behavior, and the successful integration of anti-bullying values into daily teaching activities. This mentoring proved effective in fostering positive character development and building a shared commitment between teachers and parents to maintain a violence-free educational space.
